1. Welcome Box

Once we’ve happily decided to start a project together, you’ll receive our warm Welcome Box. Inside, you’ll find a detailed plan of the process, the contact information for your dedicated representative, and a thoughtfully prepared small gift from us.

我們精心設計問卷來幫助您更輕鬆自在的回想，也為接下來的訪談提供架構。如果您更偏好用訪談的方式，也可以透過加購額外的訪談時數來達到相同的效果。

2. Tell Us More About You!

We’ve created a simple form to help you easily share your thoughts and experiences, and to guide our upcoming chat. If you’d rather skip the form and dive straight into the conversation, you can also choose to add extra interview time to cover everything you want to share.

3. Writer Match

Once our team has discussed your needs and how you’d like your story to be presented, we’ll present a few options and a list of potential writers. It’s your story, your way – you’re in control!

4. 訪談

藉由問卷得來的架構，我們將安排您和作家做更深的度訪談已決定您故事的主幹。作家會和您進行兩到三小時的會談，而訪談將在您最能放鬆的地方進行。

4. Story Chat

With the structure from your request form, we’ll arrange a relaxed conversation with the writer to help shape the core of your story. Each session will last about 1.5 to 2 hours, and the number of sessions will be tailored to your needs. The writer will guide you through a chat, either in person or over the phone, in a setting where you feel most comfortable to share your story.

5. Crafting Your Story

After each session, the writer will regularly share progress updates with you, along with a brief outline for the next session. You’ll have the chance to provide real-time feedback, ensuring you’re actively involved throughout the entire process.

6. 封底及書頁的設計

在作家寫作的同時，您也可以同時透過我們的編書平台上傳照片、選擇排版及副標題。甚至是封底圖片及整體的視覺規劃都可以做到您滿意！

6. Designing the Cover and Pages

While our writer is crafting your story, our team will also begin designing the book’s cover and back cover, suggesting appropriate titles and subtitles, restoring any old photos you provide, and handling the book layout and overall visual design. We’ll ensure everything is to your satisfaction!

7. Printing and Delivery

Before printing, we’ll ensure all the details are aligned with your needs and preferences. You’ll have the opportunity to review the final digital version and provide any last-minute proofreading before printing. Your carefully crafted book will be delivered within a month after printing is completed!
